Science and Innovation Week

On Thursday, November 16th at 19:00 hours we will organize the “RESILIENCE Workshop and laboratory visit. Surviving cancer with a strong heart” within the activities held in Madrid on the occasion of the Science and Innovation Week.

The “RESILIENCE Workshop and laboratory visit. Surviving cancer with a strong heart” will consist of a free activity, for the public of all ages, related to our RESILIENCE H2020 CNIC project, funded by the European Commission to reduce the incidence of heart failure in patients who have overcome cancer.

Participants in the activity will visit the laboratory and will be able to learn about the work of the researchers of this project; and they will learn first-hand about the use of technology (cardiac magnetic resonance, echocardiography and cardiac tomography) and innovation in this research project, aimed at improving the lives of cancer patients.
