It is a great satisfaction for us to inform you that on Monday April 17th Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón in Madrid has joined the RESILIENCE project.
The Hospital will begin to recruit patients in the coming weeks with the aim of strengthening the hearts of people undergoing cancer treatment with anthracyclines.
At the Hospital we have met with Mariana Bastos, PI of the center; Mireia Bañuls, study coordinator; and Marta Cantero, nursing supervisor at the day hospital; together with Javier Millán from project management.
Due to the extensive experience of Gregorio Marañón Hospital in hematology trials and its willingness to take part in this trial, we believe the recruitment of patients will begin very soon.
We see every day how the project moves forward as he number of patients and centers where RESILIENCE is carried out increases, which brings us closer to our goal of bringing this treatment to more people to improve their quality of life.
Thank you very much to all the teams that have been involved from the very beginning of the RESILIENCE project and who work every day with dedication and strong motivation to make it grow.
