Résonance magnétique cardiaque (RMC) c’est une technique sans rayonnement, qui est considérée comme l’étalon-or pour l’évaluation de l’anatomie cardiaque, de la fonction et même de la composition des tissus. L’essai RESILIENCE utilisera la RMC comme principale méthodologie de mesure des résultats, et les patients inscrits à l’essai subiront 3 examens pendant toute la durée de l’étude.
Essai clinique multinational, prospectif, de preuve de concept de phase II, à double insu, contrôlé par simulation, randomisé (ECR) pour évaluer l’efficacité et l’innocuité du préconditionnement ischémique distal (RIC) chez les patients atteints de Lymphome recevant des anthracyclines. Les patients devant subir ≥5 cycles de chimiothérapie seront éligibles.
