RESILIENCE helps you survive cancer with a strong heart

Save the date! Open activities RESILIENCE after the summer

In the framework of the European Researchers’ Night and the Science and Innovation Week to be celebrated in Madrid on September and November, our team RESILIENCE has planned two activities open to public of all ages upon registration.

There will be two workshops and roundtables under the title “RESILIENCE: Survive cancer with a strong heart”, that will let the attendees come closer to the project. The participants in these workshops will learn first-hand about the use of technology, cardiac magnetic resonance, echocardiography and cardiac tomography (CTA); and innovation in this research project, aimed at improving the lives of cancer patients.

The activity will be guided by Andrea Moreno, research cardiologist at the Translational Laboratory for Cardiovascular Imaging and Therapy at the CNIC, along with other members of the RESILIENCE team.

RESILIENCE H2020 is a project funded by the European Commission to reduce the incidence of heart failure in patients who have overcome cancer.
